Open-source privacy protocol on Ethereum. Prove a transaction happened to one chosen auditor — without giving them spending power. Independently verifiable. 27 automated tests, 0 failures.
Latheon is an open-source privacy protocol on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain. Structured selective disclosure lets a depositor prove a transaction happened to one chosen auditor — without giving that auditor any ability to spend the funds.
Also deployed on Robinhood Chain Testnet, on two token pools — our own LTH and Paxos' USDG stablecoin. Found and fixed a real bug before it mattered: USDG uses 6 decimals, not 18 like LTH — the pool contract needed a corrected denomination constant, not a blind reuse of parameters. Full deposit-withdraw cycles confirmed on both: LTH tx 0xa2cc3289204275507856b35f3d06f6a21319d88b585e1c8f3df5120642dfa313, USDG tx 0x75e633bb667094f4babbeca91de64dcbe5a8d87b3d8397c3a8a2481965c244e2. Robinhood Chain used even more gas than Arbitrum for the same operation (+16.9% vs Ethereum L1) — same honest pattern continues.

Pre-seed stage. Actively in conversation with several funds focused on cryptography and privacy infrastructure. Nothing closed yet.
