STRANDED is a gasless token rescue flow for assets stuck on Arbitrum chains when the wallet has zero ETH. Users sign a permit in the browser; a relayer pays transaction gas, swaps a small slice of the tokens for gas, and delivers the remainder. No ETH or bridge is required, so stranded tokens become liquid again.
